Kat & Shan speak with Subi Ghosh from Stream Companies. Subi is the EVP of Strategic Partnerships and one of the founding board members of Women in Automotive. Subi was recently appointed to a significant role in WOCAN: Women of Color Automotive Network. https://www.wocautonetwork.com/

Subi is such an inspiration that we needed to have two parts!  She is passionate about moving the automotive industry forward by actively participating, challenging, and educating dealers on elevating culture, consumer experience, and internal processes and procedures.

Part 1 dives into Subi's story of starting out in a dealership, and then she shares her perspective on mentorship, leadership, and creating dealership advocates. Producer Jamie joins Kat & Shan at the end for a debrief. 

Part 2 will be all about how Subi found her voice. Her mission is to help new groups of women find their voices and change the face of the auto industry.
